A woman on her cell phone twice ran over a 9-year-old boy last week. According to witnesses, the driver of the Lexus SUV didn't even hang up after she first hit the victim. Bystanders knoced on her window to tell her the youth was still under the car, and she backed up only to run over him again.

According to NJ.com:

The accident occurred Sunday about 6 p.m. on Fulton Avenue near Sterling Avenue, where the boy lives. Dolly Restrepo, the boy's mother, and Lena Gonzalez, his aunt, said they were playing with the boy in the snow-covered street when they saw a 1998 tan Lexus SUV come around the corner and hit him.

The boy was in crtical condition at last report.
